Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead and grow key client accounts in Lebanon, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal digital marketing teams. You will translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans and ensure delivery across social media and performance marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build long‑term relationships with stakeholders.
• Gather client objectives, create clear briefs and coordinate daily with content, design and media‑buying teams.
• Oversee project timelines, approvals and deliverables to guarantee on‑time, high‑quality campaign execution.
• Identify risks early, propose proactive solutions and monitor campaign performance.
• Support strategy development, reporting and client presentations, providing insights to improve results.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of account management experience in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Asana.
