Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

World of Business is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and integrate its Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Production functions. The role ensures that all digital outputs meet the agency’s high standards, align with client objectives, and drive measurable results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Production teams, ensuring alignment and consistent quality.
• Act as the primary quality‑control reference for all digital marketing and creative deliverables.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals, target audiences, market opportunities, and defined KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and implement optimization and corrective actions.
• Review content strategies to ensure creativity, relevance, brand alignment, and clear marketing objectives.
• Supervise graphic and creative output, guaranteeing visual direction and brand standards.
• Ensure production quality for shoots, reels, photography, videography, and campaign assets.
• Integrate all functions under a unified digital direction rather than operating as separate silos.
• Conduct regular client account reviews, flagging strategic or performance weaknesses early.
• Guide team leaders on improvements, priorities, and quality expectations.
• Identify performance gaps at departmental or individual levels and follow up on improvement actions.
• Incorporate campaign insights into future content, creative, and production decisions.
• Participate in strategic planning and quality reviews of major campaigns and key accounts.
• Provide the General Manager with updates, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
• Stay current on digital platforms, advertising trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy and performance metrics.
