Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Jal El Dib. In this role you will bridge business needs and technical delivery, helping enterprise clients optimise their processes on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Design, configure and customise Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction.
• Support integrations, data migration, automation and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with developers, admins and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant (functional, technical or hybrid).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
