About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Video Editor to create high‑retention, short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with producers and marketers to craft visually compelling stories that capture attention and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Edit fast‑paced, engaging videos tailored for social‑media ads and organic posts.
• Incorporate emotional storytelling, current trends, and data‑driven insights.
• Use B‑roll, graphics, animations and pattern‑interrupt techniques to boost viewer retention.
• Maintain consistent brand style across colors, fonts and motion.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form clips.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline the editing workflow.

Required profile

• Proficient with industry‑standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual aesthetics.
• Organised, responsive to feedback and able to work collaboratively.
• Familiar with editing decisions based on audience behavior and retention metrics.
