Sales Supervisor – Pharmacy Line

About the role

Medi Drug International (MDI) SAL., a leading distributor of pharmaceutical and consumer products in Lebanon, is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor for its Pharmacy Line. The role supports the Sales Manager, mentors the sales team, and drives the achievement of sales targets across the pharmacy channel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular double visits with sales representatives to mentor, monitor performance, and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and daily operational activities.
• Promote existing brands, launch new products, and help develop marketing plans.
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual plans, and ensure the team meets its quota.
• Research market trends, gather data, and draft reports to support decision‑making.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage the sales team to meet human‑resource objectives.
• Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits and needs assessment.
• Stay updated on industry developments by attending conferences and workshops.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong knowledge of the pharma market and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of the local territory.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
