Sales Representative – Pharma

About the role

Pharma Plus is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory, promote our pharmaceutical products, and drive revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for pharmacies, ensuring product availability, nurturing existing relationships, and acquiring new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Check client inventory levels and prepare replenishment orders.
• Manage the full sales process to meet and exceed targets.
• Execute the approved sales cycle, following up with clients to address their needs.
• Identify and acquire new accounts, expanding market coverage.
• Implement yearly client contracts according to line‑manager guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Merchandiser to ensure on‑ground execution of merchandising standards.
• Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, new products, and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Scientific background preferred (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory).
• 1–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, or less if you demonstrate strong selling ability.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and selling instincts.
• Team‑player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Organised, time‑management proficient, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
