About the role
Brescia Middle East is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive B2B sales and uphold merchandising standards across hunting, outdoor, and shooting retail partner stores. You will build strong client relationships, conduct regular field visits, and support sales growth within the hunting and outdoor market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with hunting, outdoor, and shooting retail partners and B2B clients.
- Conduct regular store visits to follow up on orders, product availability, and client needs.
- Ensure proper display of hunting equipment, outdoor gear, apparel, and accessories in line with brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional materials across partner stores.
- Support sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the hunting and outdoor market.
- Prepare sales and merchandising reports and provide market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, new product trends, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product launches, restocking, and promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, merchandising, account management, or the hunting/outdoor industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Professional, presentable, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Interest or knowledge in hunting, outdoor, or shooting products (a plus).
- Arabic and English proficiency required.
- Valid driving license (a plus).
