Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in Hazmieh, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities and key client accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on profitability.
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
