About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Healthcare Division, driving revenue growth and overseeing a broad portfolio of medical equipment, diagnostics, imaging solutions and hospital projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve annual sales targets across the healthcare sector.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories and distributors.
- Oversee after‑sales services, service contracts and project delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management within healthcare, medical equipment or diagnostics.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and business development abilities.
- Ability to manage sales forecasts, targets and team performance.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
