Sales Executive

About the role

Presentail is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop and manage partnerships with hotels and restaurants, expanding its gifting marketplace in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new hotel and restaurant partners to grow the marketplace.
• Serve as primary contact for partner accounts, ensuring consistent communication and long‑term collaboration.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities to drive mutual revenue growth.
• Monitor hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Work with existing partners to create new offerings, special packages, and exclusive deals.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, partner engagement, and pipeline growth using CRM tools and report to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or hospitality partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long‑term business relationships.
• Familiarity with the hospitality and food‑service industry in Lebanon is a plus.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, organized and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
