Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

SupportRoom is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team in Lebanon. You will help expand the company’s AI‑powered behavioural intelligence platforms across the GCC and European markets by generating qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers such as HR leaders, People & Culture heads, Risk leaders and C‑suite executives.
• Research target organisations to understand workplace challenges and match them with SupportRoom’s solutions.
• Introduce prospects to the PulseIQ and VAI platforms and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
• Utilise modern outbound tools including Apollo, Surfe, Aircall and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of cold‑calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a growing team.
