Sales Consultant

About the role

MetLife is looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Beirut office. You will help prospective and existing customers identify their insurance and financial protection needs and guide them through MetLife’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Lebanese market.
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance and financial protection requirements.
• Present MetLife products, prepare tailored proposals, and support customers through application and enrollment.
• Maintain strong client relationships, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and keep accurate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to refine sales strategies and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and manage a pipeline of prospects efficiently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of life and health insurance products.
• Familiarity with local market regulations for insurance.
