Sales Closer – High Ticket Coaching

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Closer to finalize premium coaching packages for prospects who have already been qualified through our marketing and appointment‑setting systems. You will build trust, uncover client needs, and confidently close high‑ticket coaching offers while working closely with our appointment setters and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled discovery calls and quickly build rapport.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Present the most suitable coaching solution and handle objections confidently.
• Close premium coaching packages and encourage paid‑in‑full purchases when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and provide feedback to improve lead quality.
• Collaborate with the appointment‑setting and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing high‑ticket coaching offers.
• Strong understanding of fitness transformation and online coaching business models.
• Ability to connect with entrepreneurs building an online coaching business.
• Excellent objection‑handling skills and strong emotional intelligence.
• Highly self‑motivated, comfortable working on commission with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Consultative selling approach focused on transformation rather than pressure tactics.
• Experience with CRM systems for note‑taking and pipeline management.
