Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead our Batroun location. The manager will be responsible for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that reflects Spectrum Hospitality Group’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily opening and closing procedures and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality.
• Schedule, train, and coach team members, handling hiring, onboarding and performance development.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and support sales initiatives, promotions and community engagement.
• Handle guest feedback, service recovery and enforce health, safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with proven experience in delivering high‑quality guest service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse hospitality teams, including hiring and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with guests, vendors and internal teams.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic POS systems.
• Experience using reservation tools.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
