Remote Sales Development Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual (French & English) Remote Sales Development Team Leader to drive our Business Development Center (BDC) operations. In this role you will manage a remote team, optimize lead‑generation processes, and ensure seamless communication between prospects and the sales organization to meet company sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the BDC team to achieve performance metrics.
• Design and implement strategies for lead generation, follow‑up, and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor BDC metrics such as response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and ensure timely updates.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and uphold high service standards.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a BDC or sales management role, preferably in automotive or a related sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using Google Suite.
