About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and contractors in a professional manner.
- Respond to emails promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update CRM systems.
- Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
- Access to a computer or laptop.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Competent email handling.
What we offer
- Fully remote work environment.
- Paid training and a supportive team.
- Consistent Monday‑Friday schedule (3 pm‑9 pm Lebanon Time).
- Paid 30‑minute daily break.
