About the role
The National Anti‑Corruption Commission (NACC) in Beirut seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Integrity in Action Project, a UNDP‑funded initiative aimed at strengthening anti‑corruption mechanisms in Lebanon. This short‑term consultancy will provide essential administrative backing to ensure smooth project operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the NACC team and project staff.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Manage project documentation, filing systems, and data entry tasks.
- Support coordination of project activities and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain records of project expenses and procurement documents as required.
Required profile
- Lebanese national with prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
