About the role
MultiFi is seeking a full‑time Relationship Manager to join its trading and investing team in Lebanon. This hybrid position will focus on building and nurturing relationships with retail, institutional, and partner clients throughout the entire trading lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand a pipeline of individual, institutional, and introducing broker (IB) clients.
- Onboard, verify, and support clients with account opening, funding, and platform setup.
- Provide market updates, trade ideas, and platform education to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships to improve client retention, gather feedback, and drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management on business‑development initiatives and represent MultiFi at events.
- Track key performance indicators, client performance, and revenue contributions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in trading, investing, brokerage, or investment advisory.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in market analysis, business development, and performance reporting.
- Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
