Real Estate Broker

About the role

The Real Estate Broker will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, supporting clients who wish to buy, sell or rent properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through each step of the transaction and ensuring a smooth, satisfactory experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms.
• Conduct property tours and present properties to prospective buyers or renters.
• Negotiate purchase, sale and rental contracts on behalf of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real‑estate needs.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and marketing teams to facilitate transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brokerage and real‑estate transactions.
• Strong sales and customer‑service background.
• Solid knowledge of real‑property principles and local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
