Real Estate Broker

About the role
The Real Estate Broker will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, supporting clients who wish to buy, sell or rent properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through each step of the transaction and ensuring a smooth, satisfactory experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms.
- Conduct property tours and present properties to prospective buyers or renters.
- Negotiate purchase, sale and rental contracts on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real‑estate needs.
- Coordinate with legal, financial and marketing teams to facilitate transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brokerage and real‑estate transactions.
- Strong sales and customer‑service background.
- Solid knowledge of real‑property principles and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
