Quality Control Specialist – Gauge Management

About the role

Join SCHOTT Pharma’s global quality team to ensure that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest safety and performance standards. You will be responsible for managing the electronic data collection system, gauge calibration, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality electronic data collection system (e.g., SINIC) and product files in SAP.
• Complete sampling forms for bulk production orders and provide inspection data.
• Obtain calibration quotes, submit purchase requisitions, and schedule gauge maintenance.
• Assist in gauge troubleshooting, repair, and Gage R&R studies.
• Maintain the gauge management system, archive calibration certificates, and train staff on gauge use.
• Participate in customer and regulatory audits, and support CAPA investigations.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, ISO 9001, 13485, 15378, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 2 years experience in gauge management, calibration, or a quality‑related manufacturing role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 15378 and cGMP.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication in English.
