Purchasing and Data Entry Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Purchasing and Data Entry Associate to support our operations team. The role combines procurement processing, record‑keeping and basic administrative tasks in a fast‑growing aluminium and hardware business.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all purchasing transactions accurately into the company ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain historical purchasing reports and supplier payment tracking.
• Monitor lead times and record operational expenses such as fuel, electricity, fleet and warehouse maintenance.
• Maintain inventory records in Microsoft Excel as a backup to the ERP system and update stock movements after sales.
• Issue fuel coupons for drivers and track fuel consumption.
• Keep a secondary record of customer Statements of Account for the accounting department.
• Prepare invoices for field sales representatives and ensure all purchasing and operational records stay up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, MIS or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome; prior administrative, purchasing, accounting support or ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with an ERP system for purchasing and inventory management.
