About the role

H.deco, a leading provider of high‑end architectural millwork and luxury interior fit‑out, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its workshop operations in Mkalles, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities
• Manage workshop teams and workflow
• Coordinate with design and project management departments
• Monitor quality standards and production schedules
• Improve productivity and workshop organization
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

Required profile

• Experience in architectural millwork, joinery, or furniture manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
