About the role

H.deco, a leading provider of high‑end architectural millwork and luxury interior fit‑out, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its workshop operations in Mkalles, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities
Manage workshop teams and workflow
Coordinate with design and project management departments
Monitor quality standards and production schedules
Improve productivity and workshop organization
Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

Required profile

Experience in architectural millwork, joinery, or furniture manufacturing
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes
Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists
Leadership and team management skills
Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
