Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Planner to join our team in Zekrit, Matn District, Lebanon. The role focuses on coordinating production workflows, ensuring optimal performance, and minimizing delays across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow and prioritize operations for maximum efficiency.
• Determine required manpower, equipment, and raw materials to meet demand.
• Assign workers to specific production tasks and monitor output quality.
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments.
• Evaluate purchase orders to create effective production schedules.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly.
• Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Adjust schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
