Manufacturing Planner

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Zekrit, Matn District. In this role you will coordinate production workflows, ensure optimal resource utilization, and help maintain high quality standards across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw material requirements to meet production demand.
• Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
• Monitor output, including finished products and defect rates.
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments.
• Evaluate purchase orders to create effective production schedules.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve processes and product quality.
• Adjust production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
