Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to lead and optimise manufacturing operations at our fast‑growing facility that produces flavored consumer products. You will oversee end‑to‑end batch production, ensuring efficiency, quality and traceability across all lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily production schedules and shift planning.
• Monitor batch manufacturing processes to meet product quality and KPI targets.
• Supervise machinery setup, operation, troubleshooting and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Manage raw material consumption, inventory coordination and packaging material handling.
• Implement and maintain smart production systems, batch traceability and ERP Navision for planning and inventory.
• Analyse production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, train and schedule production supervisors, operators and shift leaders while promoting safety and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, hygiene and safety standards and maintain accurate production documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in batch manufacturing environments such as cosmetics, fragrances, flavors, FMCG, chemical blending or similar.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and optimise workflow, manpower and machine utilisation.
