Product Manager

About the role

Chedid Capital, a leading financial holding company operating in insurance and reinsurance across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, is seeking a Product Manager to join its growing team of 1,700 professionals. The role will drive product vision, strategy and execution to meet both business objectives and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining a clear product vision.
• Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmap, MRDs and PRDs, justifying feature prioritisation based on impact.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, marketing and support to ensure timely delivery within budget while balancing speed, scalability, simplicity and quality.
• Define and lead product rollout strategies, working closely with internal teams and executives.
• Partner with marketing to align product messaging and ensure consistency across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle.
• Strong ability to think end‑to‑end, assess problems and propose solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and influence skills without formal authority.
• Fluent in English and French.
