About the role
We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our team and help streamline operations through effective control systems and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with management and staff to identify gaps, develop policies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems that optimize operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to define appropriate policy and procedure requirements.
- Research and review existing documentation to pinpoint gaps and inconsistencies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current documentation and propose improvement opportunities to leadership.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
