Pricing Analyst

About the role

DHL Express Lebanon is seeking a highly analytical and commercially‑focused Pricing Analyst to join its Commercial team. The role will support the design, implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies across the local market and the wider MENA region, driving profitable and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and monitor local and MENA pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
• Partner with Sales on pricing requests, tenders, rate reviews and commercial solutions.
• Analyze customer, revenue, shipment, weight and profitability data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to Commercial Management and Sales to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor commercial and pricing KPIs, prepare management reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Maintain special rate tariffs, weight‑break calculations and ensure timely implementation of approved pricing actions.
• Coordinate pricing actions for under‑performing customers with Area Pricing, Sales Executives and Management.
• Support the annual General Price Increase process.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with Sales and Management.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
