About the role
The Plant Admin Assistant provides daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations at MIRATO MEA’s manufacturing site in Bechamoun. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with department heads, the plant manager and the Group Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads on labor attitudes, production reports and ISO documentation.
- Monitor consumables, costumes and stationery inventories; place orders to meet operational needs.
- Obtain updated supplier quotations every three months, purchase items and follow up until receipt.
- Archive all factory and warehouse invoices and generate related reports.
- Review daily punch‑in data for 80 employees and correct any discrepancies.
- Receive, organize and archive daily production reports.
- Maintain HR, production, maintenance, cleaning and security documents in line with ISO requirements.
- Prepare company SOPs as requested by the plant manager.
- Investigate inaccuracies in production reports and finished‑goods delivery notes.
- Design and print production labels as needed.
- Control plant key access and manage utilities invoice verification.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Group Operations Manager.
