About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech‑savvy Executive Assistant to support Lumii’s leadership and help manage day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes.
- Assist with email management and follow‑ups.
- Organize files, documents, and internal systems.
- Support project management and task tracking across teams.
- Conduct research and compile reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Identify workflow improvements and efficiency opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or Trello.
