Performance Marketing Associate – Levant

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Associate you will support the activation and optimisation of digital campaigns for WPP Media’s Levant clients. You will combine data analysis with hands‑on platform expertise to drive measurable results and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best‑in‑class campaign activation, optimisation and frequent reporting.
• Leverage data analysis to generate actionable insights that improve strategy and client outcomes.
• Set up, optimise and manage Google Ads Search campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting and bidding strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests, share learnings and continuously improve performance marketing activities.
• Maintain internal processes, support senior team members and stay current with digital marketing developments.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables, clear communication and adherence to service level agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of performance‑marketing experience with a focus on sales/revenue KPIs.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, including campaign structure and optimisation.
• Experience across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Collaborative team‑player attitude with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking tech stack and measurement principles.
