Creator Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Creator Manager to make sure existing creators perform, stay active, and grow. The right person knows TikTok LIVE culture intimately, speaks to creators in their own language, and can hit recruitment and performance targets simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a roster of signed creators day‑to‑day, monitoring LIVE activity, diamond performance, and audience growth.
• Help creators improve stream quality, engagement, and monetization while ensuring they meet LIVE targets such as activity days, streaming hours, and diamond goals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for creators when issues arise (bans, performance drops, payout questions).
• Track creator metrics (LIVE hours, active days, diamonds, audience growth, retention) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Build improvement plans for underperforming creators and flag rising creators early for investment.

Required profile

• Previous experience working at a TikTok LIVE agency, with solid knowledge of creator economics, diamond rates, and pitch structuring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to talk to creators all day.
• Comfort managing multiple creators simultaneously and being self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Turkish are a strong plus.
