Pastry Assistant – Full‑time (Beirut)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Pastry Assistant to join our Beirut kitchen. Working on‑site full‑time, you will support the pastry team in daily production, ensuring high‑quality desserts and pastries for service, events and catering.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts following standardized recipes.
- Assist with mise en place, ingredient portioning and inventory monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment in line with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the pastry chef on new product development and special event orders.
- Support peak service periods, weekends and holidays as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional pastry or bakery setting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of bakery and baking techniques.
- Solid understanding of hygiene and food‑safety standards.
- Creative approach to dessert presentation and flavor pairing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
