About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA is seeking a dynamic Paid Social Manager to lead social strategy and execution for its diverse client portfolio across the European and GCC markets. The role involves planning, activating, and optimizing paid social campaigns to meet client objectives and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid social campaign strategies on biddable platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Lead a team of executives, providing mentorship, training, and performance support.
• Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Work closely with internal specialists to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Oversee reporting, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key outcomes and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and performance analysis across digital and emerging channels.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive client presentations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
