Outlet Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet within an Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor outlet budget, reviewing monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts.
• Prepare month‑end reports, identify deviations from business plans, and implement corrective actions.
• Control food & beverage costs, productivity, labor, and supply expenses to stay within budget.
• Conduct daily briefings, supervise staff, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standards.
• Build relationships with guests and corporate clients, handling complaints tactfully.
• Manage cashier/bar administration in line with company policies.
• Maintain equipment stock levels, oversee cleanliness, and ensure compliance with sanitation, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Support other F&B outlets during peak periods and ensure proper shift handovers.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school education; additional F&B certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar outlet management role.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
