Order System Manager (Operations & Retention Lead)

About the role

The Order System Manager will oversee the live operational cockpit for the DropOver platform, ensuring smooth order flow, fleet coordination, and real‑time issue resolution. This role focuses on improving delivery performance and increasing customer retention through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live orders continuously and provide real‑time updates to the delivery fleet.
• Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Resolve active delivery issues, order modifications, and customer or merchant concerns promptly.
• Identify friction points in the ordering experience and propose improvements to boost repeat orders.
• Analyze order performance data, highlight bottlenecks, and report enhancement opportunities to management.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability under live, real‑time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for fleet coordination and customer interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with digital dashboard tools.
• Based in or near Tripoli, Lebanon; hybrid work arrangement.
