Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will coordinate daily delivery schedules based on approved sales orders and collaborate with drivers, transportation companies, warehouse staff, Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely, safe and damage‑free deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and adjust daily delivery schedules in line with sales orders.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, warehouse, Customer Service and Sales to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare, monitor and follow up on loading and delivery activities.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, transport and delivery of products without damage.
• Track delivery delays, returns, damages and customer issues, reporting them to the Logistics Manager.
• Collect and verify delivery orders, returns and other logistics documents.
• Validate transportation invoices and submit them for approval.
• Maintain accurate customer/site delivery records and logistics documentation.
• Monitor vehicle and forklift availability, reporting maintenance needs.
• Enforce EHS, PPE and loading/unloading safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; background in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline and customer orientation.
• Good knowledge of Lebanese cities and areas.
• Awareness of safety and EHS requirements.
