Online Sales Specialist

About the role

Pro Group is seeking an Online Sales Specialist to drive growth across digital platforms for a reputable Food & Beverage company based in Choueifat. The role focuses on increasing online sales, optimizing product listings, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive online sales growth on platforms such as Toters, Noknok, and the company website.
• Manage and update product listings across marketplaces, social media, and the website.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
• Optimize product content—including descriptions, images, and pricing—to improve visibility and conversion.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints through online channels promptly.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance and prepare accurate reports.
• Work with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and special offers correctly.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to website or application performance to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in online sales, e‑commerce or digital platforms.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
