Murex Associate Consultant

About the role

Sequel is seeking a Murex Associate Consultant to join its Beirut team. The role involves delivering on‑site and remote support for clients using the Murex MX.3 platform, helping financial institutions optimise their treasury and capital‑markets operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site or remote support to Sequel clients on the MX.3 platform.
• Gather requirements, design, configure and test MX.3 solutions.
• Translate client needs into customised functional configurations.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, leading functional and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Manage client cases from notification through resolution and validation.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as training, documentation and project work.
• Provide regular feedback on issue progress and task status to team leaders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in software development, telecommunications or equivalent; a master’s in finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Client‑oriented and delivery focused.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
