Medical Scientific Liaison

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team. The MSL will act as the scientific expert for assigned therapeutic areas, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders while delivering accurate, balanced medical information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Provide balanced scientific and medical information on products, therapeutic areas, and disease states.
• Execute KOL engagement plans and identify opportunities for scientific collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate scientific meetings, advisory boards, and educational activities.
• Respond to medical inquiries in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Support clinical research by identifying investigators, sites, and gathering field insights.
• Deliver disease awareness, product knowledge, and training to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access, and Business Development teams.
• Provide scientific support for product launches, promotional materials, and medical communications.
• Monitor medical literature, treatment guidelines, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Ensure timely adverse event reporting and compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Prepare activity reports and share medical insights with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, MSL role, clinical research, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong scientific knowledge and ability to communicate complex medical information.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
