Product Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, hospitals and key accounts. The role combines scientific communication, territory management and relationship building to increase product awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists, purchasers and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales and coverage targets through effective planning, daily visit scheduling and territory coverage.
• Deliver scientific, patient‑centric product messages aligned with brand strategy.
• Identify, manage and develop Key Accounts to secure product inclusion and maintain strong partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights; report findings regularly.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, visit reports, patient tracking and promotional material logs.
• Participate in medical congresses, events and presentations to enhance product visibility.
• Support clinical trial activities and tender follow‑up when relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Independent, organized, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English and solid computer literacy.
