Medical Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the Hamra‑Choueifat area. The role combines sales expertise with scientific knowledge to build strong relationships and increase product awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through effective coverage and visit frequency based on CRM objectives.
• Plan and manage daily visits to optimize territory coverage.
• Deliver scientific and patient‑centric product messages aligned with brand strategy.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Segment and profile customers to tailor engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage promotional materials and product samples, tracking and reporting them accurately.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, reporting insights regularly.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and submit timely reports on visits, market intelligence and patient tracking.
• Participate in medical events, congresses and product presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in a similar medical representative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence healthcare professionals.
• Organised, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing a territory independently.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
