About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and lead the marketing function for a growing U.S. facility‑maintenance firm with a Lebanese back‑office. The role will shape brand consistency, drive communications, and manage event‑marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

• Manage communications and public‑relations efforts to ensure a professional brand presence.
• Lead offline and event‑marketing initiatives, including tradeshow strategy, booth design, and build‑out.
• Design and produce polished, presentation‑ready materials for client‑facing and internal use.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives independently with minimal oversight.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the hiring manager, highlighting priorities and any roadblocks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while largely self‑managing day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Marketing generalist background with broad experience across functions, especially branding and communications.
• Experience in B2B environments and the services industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the American market is a plus.
• Intermediate to senior level, comfortable leading projects independently.
• Strong eye for design and polish, capable of creating aesthetic presentations and branded materials.
• Hardworking, flexible, and willing to adjust working hours to overlap with U.S. time zones.
