Maintenance Technician – Packaging & Manufacturing

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of packaging and manufacturing equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will execute machine setups, line changeovers, and support equipment upgrades while maintaining spare‑parts inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, line changeovers and equipment adjustments according to production schedules.
• Carry out corrective maintenance on mixers, fillers, reactors and packaging lines to minimise downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled and assist with predictive checks such as vibration analysis, lubrication and calibration.
• Inspect spare parts and tools, recommend replenishment and keep inventory levels optimal.
• Support installations, relocations and upgrades of equipment and site infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate SAP PM records for work orders, notifications, meter readings and parts consumption.
• Participate in safety inspections and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Required profile

• BT or TS in Industrial Mechanics or Electronics.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related maintenance role.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures and EHS guidelines.
