Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Tewtel Group of Companies is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will ensure a smooth, professional experience from vehicle check‑in through to delivery, driving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, assess vehicle service needs, and open repair orders.
• Explain recommended services clearly and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with the after‑sales team to schedule and complete repairs on time.
• Provide regular status updates and cost estimates to clients.
• Handle invoicing, service follow‑up, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic automotive technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
