About the role
Tewtel Group of Companies is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will ensure a smooth, professional experience from vehicle check‑in through to delivery, driving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess vehicle service needs, and open repair orders.
- Explain recommended services clearly and obtain customer approval.
- Coordinate with the after‑sales team to schedule and complete repairs on time.
- Provide regular status updates and cost estimates to clients.
- Handle invoicing, service follow‑up, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic automotive technical knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
