Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Officer to manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, transportation partners, warehouses, and internal teams. The role supports timely, safe, and cost‑effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on approved sales orders.
• Liaise with drivers, transportation companies, warehouse staff, Customer Service and Sales to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare, monitor and follow up on loading and delivery activities.
• Ensure products are handled, loaded, transported and delivered without damage.
• Track delivery delays, returns, damages and customer issues, reporting them to the Logistics Manager.
• Collect and verify delivery orders, returns and other logistics documents.
• Validate transportation invoices and submit them for approval.
• Maintain accurate customer/site delivery information and logistics records.
• Monitor vehicle and forklift availability, reporting maintenance needs.
• Enforce EHS, PPE and loading/unloading safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; logistics or supply‑chain background is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline and customer orientation.
• Good knowledge of Lebanese cities and areas.
• Awareness of safety and EHS requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
