About the role

LightBox Intl. is seeking a talented Lighting Designer to develop innovative lighting concepts that enhance both aesthetics and functionality across a variety of projects. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of lighting solutions while meeting energy efficiency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative lighting concepts that align with project purpose, ambiance, and sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate lighting into overall designs.
• Create detailed lighting plans, specifying fixtures, controls, and related equipment.
• Assist in project coordination, including site visits, client meetings, and liaison with contractors and vendors.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations to verify optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to sales and installation teams as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in lighting design.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative and design sensibility with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with lighting codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
