Junior SSC AR Accountant

About the role

The Junior SSC AR Accountant will support daily cash and bank operations, ensuring accurate processing and timely reconciliations. This role is part of the shared services centre, handling intercompany balances, master data maintenance, and e‑invoicing error checks while collaborating with regional finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and bank operations with accurate and timely processing.
• Execute factoring activities and perform related account reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany current account and loan balances.
• Maintain and update Master Data in line with internal controls and governance standards.
• Conduct e‑invoicing error checks and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Support regional financial processes, including netting, withholding tax (WHT), and other recurring tasks.
• Participate in projects by performing operational testing, validating results, and supporting implementation activities.
• Manage shared mailbox communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Update and maintain the vendor list on a quarterly basis.
• Perform periodic review of unallocated cash items and drive timely clearing actions.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as required.
